The
streak tube is
intended for a fast running processes image registration in streak and
multiframe modes. In the latter case frames are located in one line.
The streak
tube has a photocatode applied on an input window made of uviol glass
or magnesium
fluoride, an accelerating gird electrode, a focusing electrode, a pair
of
deflecting plates designed as two through-pass elements of 75 Ohm wave
resistance and a blue/green phosphor screen applied on a fiber-optic
screen.
